CLIENT SATISFACTION
We are pleased to share the results from our July client satisfaction survey. We received the highest marks possible in nearly every question area. At St. Vincent Family Centers, weconstantly strive to provide the highest quality services and we appreciate the positive feedback that we received. Here are just a few of your thoughts:
* 94% of the respondents who replied to our survey found our services to be responsive to their child's needs.
* 99% of the respondents felt that our staff was supportive with those needs.
* 98% of respondents felt that we were friendly and capable of protecting their privacy.
