TEACHER
 

St. Vincent Family Center is hiring qualified candidates to teach our children! Bachelors Degree in Education, State of Ohio licensed/certified teacher, and a minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a classroom setting is required. Special Education background considered a plus!

The qualified candidates will teach our children who are emotionally and behaviorally challenged so that can keep up with their education needs while receiving top notch clinical intervention while in the classroom.

This position requires a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, family focused environment. Previous experience working with families and children is a strong plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook is necessary.

Outpatient Service
 
Clinician
 

St. Vincent Family Center has an opening for an Outpatient Clinician. The qualified candidate will work with children and their families to provide therapeutic services to include diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, treatment planning, training, mental health education and linkage to community resources. Previous experience working with pre-school and school-age children and families preferred. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling and current licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary.

Beatty Park
 
Clinician

Looking for an energetic, team-oriented person to join our group of Clinicians, who provide indiv. & group counseling to SED children (K-5th Grade) at Beatty Park Elementary School. This FT year-round position incl. providing counseling & classroom interventions with children during the school year, & coordination & implementation of camps during the breaks & summer. Responsibilities incl. working w/teachers, other school staff & service providers as member of clinical & educational team, supporting the child in a blended academic/mental health environment, conducting structured groups, & providing linkage with services as needed. Min. requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, or related field, & exp. working with children with mental health or behavioral challenges. LSW/LPC, LISW/LPCC preferred.

ABS- Adaptive Behavioral Specialist (Contingent)
 

St. Vincent Family Center, a pediatric mental health center, is seeking caring and energetic individuals for on-call casual positions working with children in our Preschool, School Age, Residential, and Extended Day Programs. All shifts available. You will assist with adaptive strategies to improve social, emotional, and daily living skills and provide crisis intervention. Training provided.

Minimum Requirements: Related course work and/or experience working with children. Must be at least 18; clean drug screen and background check.

Administrative Assistant
 

St. Vincent Family Center has two openings for Administrative Assistant. The qualified candidate will schedule client appointments, coordinate transportation needs, answer inquiry calls, handle clinical reporting, audit charts and billing and perform general office duties as required. Food Service/Prep Cook
 

If you enjoy an environment that focuses on serving children this position may be for you! Join our food service team and you will assist in preparation of meals for our Preschool, School Age, and Residential Programs with more that 60+ children and employees. Agency is committed to hiring candidates for this position who have proven customer service and attendance records from previous employers. Hours are 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Monday through Friday. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma and 2-4 years experience in food service preparation.

Classroom Aide / Driver (Contingent)
 

St. Vincent Family Center, a pediatric mental health center, is seeking caring and energetic individuals for on-call casual positions working with and transporting children in our Preschool, School Age, Residential, and Extended Day Programs. Daytime hours, Monday - Friday You will assist with adaptive strategies to improve social, emotional, and daily living skills and provide crisis intervention. Training provided.

Minimum Requirements: Related course work and/or experience working with children. Clean driving record, valid Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance. Must be at least 21; clean drug screen and background check.

Coverage is available.

Life Insurance

The Agency provides and pays the premium for Life Insurance coverage for one times the staff member's annual salary, minimum $20,000. Coverage is effective after the first 30 days of employment for permanent employees working at least 20 hours per week. Supplemental Term Life Insurance coverage for staff member, spouse and dependent children is also available with the staff member paying the premium.

Disability Insurance

Agency provides short-term paid disability. 

Retirement Plan

Staff member is eligible to participate upon hire date. After 1 year of service, the Agency will contribute to the plan. Staff member's contributions are on a before-tax basis.

Continuing Education Assistance

Each fiscal year, depending on financial availability, an amount is allocated for each part or full-time staff member to be used for workshops and conferences. A limited number of fee waivers for The Ohio State University and Capital University are available after 6 months of service. Tuition reimbursement is available for full-time staff members with 1 year of service, limited to a maximum of $1,000 per fiscal year.

CEU's

The Agency offers free counselor and social work CEU's to staff/employees for agency in-service trainings.

Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holiday

We provide paid vacation, sick, and holiday time. A staff member is eligible for paid sick and vacation after a 90-day probationary period. (Note: Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays are pro-rated for part-time staff.)

Credit Union

Upon date of hire, staff member may join the CME (Columbus Municipal Employee) Federal Credit Union
